A complex of fish processing plant facilities
As a general contractor, BUDAGROS-bis LLC developed a full-discipline civil engineering design of a complex of fish processing plant facilities with an area of 12,000 m2 in Włynkówek on behalf of PAULA TRANS.
The scope of the investment, implemented in 2012-2013, included the construction of:
- production hall with an area of 1,800 m2
- 3 chamber freezers with a height of 9 m and an area of 1,600 m2
- 2 high-storage cold stores
- 2 cold stores
- a warehouse, based on a steel frame and a sandwich panel casing
- a traditional two-story administrative and staff building with an area of 540 m2
- auxiliary rooms: engine room, dispatch, transformer station
- all internal installations and external networks
PAULA TRANS is a plant specializing, in addition to freezing and storing fish, in the transport and forwarding of frozen foods. The transport base requires appropriate facilities, which is why, in addition to the buildings, we have also made, in cooperation with our subcontractors, parking lots with movement areas along with a fence for the entire plant.
