Construction of a fish processing plant
Another investment implemented for the food sector was the construction of a service and storage hall for the “PIOTREX” fish processing plant in Rusko near Darłowo. The building area of the entire facility is 2,161 m2.
The scope of the investment, which lasted from June to September 2015, included the construction of storage rooms, a high-bay freezer with an area of 838m2 (operating at a temperature of -25C) and 2 freezing tunnels with office and staff facilities using the steel frame technology with a light casing made of sandwich panels, with flooring, delivery and installation of joinery and sewage system of the facility.
The Investor’s trust resulted in the continuation of cooperation, under which in July 2016 we received an order for the development of a full-discipline construction project for the expansion of the warehouse part of the previously completed facility and the construction of a second storage freezer.
As part of this contract, we extended the warehouse and production area by another 397 m2 and built a high-bay freezer with an area of 753 m2.
